DLA Piper win launches Shepherd FM Legal Sector Division

Since the 1September Shepherd FM has been providing critical maintenance services across DLA Piper's office portfolio, which includes several key sites across theUK. Following a series of contracts, it has created a division devoted to the legal sector which will be headed up by Paul Oddy.

There was a 12 week mobilisation period that was completed on time.

Neil Marley, Head of Safety, Quality and Environment, said this went according to plan, mainly due to the collaborative approach from both businesses and the support and cooperation from DLA Piper. He explained that the relationship that had evolved during the tendering process contributed enormously to the smooth mobilisation.

Noel Clancy, Chief Executive of Shepherd FM, said:

“This is a fantastic name to add to our already impressive portfolio, in what remains a highly competitive marketplace. It puts a marker down to our competitors and again proves Shepherd FM has the expertise and the right approach to service demanding blue chips.”
